FACT- Like Babies– They are fun to make ……challenge to maintain (yeah, I said that. I’m sure you agree)
FACT-45% of people make New Year Resolutions
FACT 47 % RELATED TO SELF -IMPROVEMENT & 38% SPECIFICALLY TO WEIGHT
FACT 75% Maintain them through the first week!
FACT 82% Fail at keeping resolutions!
Why? Well – it’s simple. We make shot in the dark promises to ourselves. We set the resolution without a system or strategy. No end goal in mind
I’m gonna lose weight. I’ll exercise more. I’m gonna stop cussing. I’m going to be more patient. I’m gonna be more positive……
